I had a very disappointing experience at Academy Foot and Ankle, Flower Mound office. I was recommended orthotics and I specifically asked about insurance coverage. I was ensured that they were covered 100%. Based on that information, I moved forward with their recommendation. Unfortunately, that turned out to be completely inaccurate. Tienen buena atencion, pero debería. Tener una persona Que hable español, cuando llama uno por teléfono. Estoy afuera de la CLINICA, tenía consulta hoy a las 2:30 pm y no hay nadie que me diga si abriran mas tarde.
Dr.Floyd is great. I had a small procedure done on my foot and he did an excellent job. He is kind and patient. Prices are very reasonable as well. I have seen some reviews talking negatively about the staff, but I have nothing but good things to say about everyone there.
