I give this bank no stars, although I had to give at least one star to be able to post this. My debit card number was hacked two times within a 3 month period. The dispute the first time was no hassle and the customer service was excellent the second time was the complete opposite. Second dispute was denied, no courtesy call was made to inform me of denial. Such an inconvenience. I've been banking with Academy bank since 2010, no problems until now. They have lost a loyal customer.
