I been living here about 3 and half years on academy Dr. They are some crooks try to get your money by sending some one to spray for bedbugs and change me 1200 for the three time the guy came and sprayed. Never once have I put in a written request for treatment. They think people can’t read no lease.
Student living at Torrance Dr apartment (4 years). New management gave notice of entry for a Google Fiber installation, but with a window of two weeks. I refuse to lock up my cat every day for two weeks while I'm at work, so I asked Mr Patel to let me know when the contractors would be at my apartment. He agreed to let me know. Except he never did. Awful, the owner is a horrible person and very disrespectful. Roaches and ratchet..
Well my tenant days are over with. I moved on to something better. I haven’t been with this property for too long maybe a month. They just took over the Torrance apartments and i had a nice transition over in meeting the owners and being taken care off. They didn’t increase rent or change anything from my lease. Love it. Mr.Patel is very understanding.
