I was really wanted to just let it go and put it behind me until I received a second bill in the mail. I made an appointment here to be seen and paid on my way out. I thought it was a mistake since I had already settled my balance at the door, but it was not. SO. What did I get for coming here? I had an appointment at 10:10am and got there a little before. Someone checked me in and had me fill out forms on a tablet. 45 minutes after I checked in, I still wasn’t called back so I walked up to check with the front desk to make sure everything was okay. They said they couldn’t find my appointment information…? I had already checked in with one of them and she was able to find it when I got there? So what happened? Good people great service,they know what to do
Front office staff is not friendly or understanding, been to this practice for years; however; the last few month have been bad. The doctor is great, but definitely need work with the office staff, very disappointed.
