Love Dr.Patel and her staff all go above and beyond .. I drive an hour to see her and would drive further if i had too she actually cares about her patients .. Her staff are all outstanding as well .. Thank you soo much for everything ..
Dr. Tiffany Trent and her team are phenomenal. They are kind, helpful and provide exceptional service. Dr. Trent's treatment is effective and I appreciate her not upselling services + products and letting me know what products and home care is not necessary. I've recommended Dr. Trent to coworkers and friends and they have always been happy with their visits.
I was looking forward to my appointment yesterday and left very disappointed. The doctor did not seem to listen to what I was saying and made me feel like my personal experiences with my issues weren't true. I felt she lacked bedside manner and treated me like I lacked even a high school education. She seemed very annoyed, disinterested, and rushed. Wish I could give them no stars never got seen by a doctor waited for ever! And now two months later they are saying I owe almost 200$ for what yall did nothing left in tears because I was made to feel worthless and got a to say bs to me telling to see a Plastic surgeon.
