I saw Dr Sable a few years ago at the Swann Ave location and he was ok. So when I discovered a lesion on my nose, I decided to see him again. I was booked at the Kennedy Ave location and this location is terrible. Myself and others who were there were scheduled for office visits on a Mohs surgery day and the doctor was two hours behind due to the surgery he was performing on other patients. It's been 4 weeks waiting for biopsy results on a 5 year old. I have to call the office for any kind of update. At 4 weeks it would be nice if they reached out to the pathologist for an update and relayed some kind of update. Ironically it only took two weeks to receive a text that I had a balance to pay. Plenty of other dermatology offices to choose from, I suggest you go elsewhere.

The decision to move all scheduling to a remote call center is one of the worst changes this practice has made. I’ve been a patient here for over 10 years, and my entire family comes here. I normally visit the Kennedy or Swann locations, where a staff member at the office could answer the phone and schedule me for a simple steroid injection within minutes. Instead, I spent half the morning calling all three offices near me in Tampa . No one at the actual office answered, and every call was routed to the same remote scheduler... read more
