I want to take a moment to applaud Michelle Brown. Over the years, I've been to several dermatologists and have had both good and not-so-good experiences. Michelle took the time to thoroughly examine every concern, and I left feeling like I had one of the most comprehensive annual skin exams I've ever received. I left this appointment feeling very disappointed because of Rebecca Foster. I understand that not every patient is a candidate for Accutane, and I respect a provider’s medical judgment. However, my concern was how I was treated during the visit. I became emotional after learning I couldn’t start Accutane because of my history of depression. Very welcoming staff, lots of patient access for near term appointments and a provider who spent as much time as needed to completely answer all questions. My estimate was brought to me in the exam room before proceeding with treatment. Rare to find a personal touch in a physician practice these days but they NAILED it.
