Very disappointed!!!! I have been going there for at least 8 yrs for regular skin care. On March 8, 2023, I was scheduled for a Lipoma tumor removal on my back, below the shoulder. I was told it was a very simple procedure and I would be able to return to work afterwards, no need to have anyone with me. That is NOT what happened. My husband and I "loved" this place. Clean, modern, with a friendly staff. We saw Katherine Rehberg and loved her. Why the one star you ask? Well, after the insurance was charged, we received a $750 out of pocket expense for two visits after we paid our $50 co-payment(s)! I called Aetna for an explanation and they explained that this is COMMON with this particular doctor's office.
