I called to schedule an appointment since November they told me to wait until December & they gave me a packet I had to fill out. I took it with me in December, then they told me to wait until January, wait until February. We were in February they told me they didn’t have my paper work with my personal info & card info that was specifically needed to even be a patient there. The lady on the phone proceeded to tell me “we don’t have it I’m not sure where or who you gave it to” I literally filled it out inside the office. Anyw... read more

Called to schedule an appointment, automatically declined booking my appointment. Called again a week later asked if I can schedule again stated no with an attitude, but this time said I should receive an email with forms to fill out and it gave me hope… well I didn’t receive them. I called this morning and Myra was extremely rude and talking over me I continued to try and explain that we are just wanting to receive an email with the paperwork and she kept saying like I said we are not taking appointments until late February... read more

Called asking a question, front desk was short and brief after that call I was looking up so many fertility centers that I accidentally called the same number again, front desk was so rude and immediately rudely said “ you just called” and clicked on me before I could apologize. was rude from the start.

Worst facility I have ever been to! The staff is completely unprofessional and have no idea what they’re doing. I finally got into an appt. the doctor wanted an MRI for surgery, the staff messed up on the referral 3 different times, then they didn’t submit correct documentation so insurance denied MRI. 4 months later the doctor finally talked to insurance to get approval. Had mri done and tried to make an appt for next steps and the office kept telling me they would call me back. 2 weeks later..they tell me he won’t be back ... read more
