Jackie in the front is the best at patient services very very informative understanding and overall just good communication.She takes the time to get you in as possible as she can and knows the doctors and will place you with the right person pertaining to your needs over best gyno office in town.
I've been seeing Dr. Almendarez for 10yrs as both OB and gynecologist. He's an awesome dr. The staff are friendly, and the nurses are attentive.
Jackie at the front desk who checks you in is very kind, friendly, and shows very good respect to me checking in. The lady Shay who took my vitals was very friendly and quick with check me in. Dr.A was awesome like always. Dr.A was able to find out what was going on with me after I’ve tried multiple doctors and they couldn’t figure it out. The staff I had today on 01-29-2025 was awesome.
It's hard to describe how nice our experience was, but I'll try. Dr. Almendarez listened to us, saw the charts, and felt it out. He knew exactly what to do and went right to it. Jackie at the front desk was so nice and THOROUGH. She helped me track down an insurance in the system from 15 years ago! For real... Crazy good. Overall, this has been an excellent experience with great care, highly recommend.
I was having painful ovarian cysts and Dr. Henry Garza told me he wouldn’t prescribe me contraceptive because it would make it worse (there’s no research to this claim). Instead, he told me it would be best to go into surgery for tubal ligation to help get rid of the cysts. Now, I can’t have anymore children and I still have ovarian cysts. Trust was lost and I go somewhere else. They should be sued for such misleading information.
