Very poor communication. I currently have 3 open maintenance requests from Feb. with no idea when they will be completed. Our gutters were supposed to be cleaned/unclogged by now, they haven't been done, & I personally have a mosquito breeding ground by my front door. They are happy to take your $, but they do not care about your property! Warning, Do not use them.
This is truly the worse of the worse. The most pointless, helpless, hopeless, meaningless, disconnected, disconcerted and disturbing experience one could possibly have. Talking to those individuals is an obnoxious, noxious and disturbing experience; often, they are simply playing pathetic games with you and can not accomplish the most simple thing – so one can only conclude that there is malicious intent. Acacia was on the ball when it came to selling our condo. The staff was extremely responsive in providing all the necessary documents and assisting the Loan officer as well as the title company with last minute requests. Great Job!
Unprofessional, their answering service doesn't even mention their name. They don't respond to emails or phone. I am so mad that my condo association hired them. They don't care about residents, they just care about collecting their management fees. Find ANY other company to use other than this one. Scammers!
