John Clark has proven to be unprofessional, and doesn’t know to run a meeting without being arrogant, disrespectful, and, with a great deal of yelling at his clients. It became clear he doesn’t understand how the parliamentary procedures should be followed, and refused to follow Bylaws, or Robert’s Rules of Order. Very disappointing leadership. He tries to degrade women at all of our meetings. I don’t recommend John Clark for any business dealing.
John Clark, the owner. is the most unprofessional individual I've ever met. His continual brazen disrespect for clients, especially women, is unbearable. At our recent HOA meeting, he was not only extremely verbally abusive to homeowners, but also nearly physically attacked a homeowner who refused to tolerate his verbal abuse and extremely inappropriate conduct. I traveled 15 hours to go to our annual HRCA meeting. Acacia is our management company. According to our bylaws our HRCA president is supposed to run the meeting but John wanted to run the meeting. When co-owners objected to this, the meeting got ugly very quickly. Within in five minutes John resigned and left the meeting. I feel that was very un professional of him. Very poor communication. I currently have 3 open maintenance requests from Feb. with no idea when they will be completed. Our gutters were supposed to be cleaned/unclogged by now, they haven't been done, & I personally have a mosquito breeding ground by my front door. They are happy to take your $, but they do not care about your property! Warning, Do not use them.
