I can't say enough about how impressed I am with Acacia flowers, How expedient, kind and professional they are. I called from out of town yesterday to have flowers delivered this morning. The woman I worked with was delightful and helpful, and she sweetly reassured me my flowers would be at the funeral service this morning on time. Absolutely gorgeous arrangement for Christmas! Way better than anticipated! I ordered at 11:30 AM online and it was delivered exactly when promised at 5:00PM. There's no way I could possibly be any happier with the arrangement and the service. This was for a special person that has been having a difficult time. I ordered a special bouquet for my aunt's 80th birthday and was very clear about what I wanted. The florist substituted flowers without even calling me - sending a completely different arrangement than I ordered. When I contacted them, they promised to resend the correct bouquet on the 20th. The driver claimed he "left it at the door," but my aunt was home all day, and no flowers were ever delivered. Even the neighbors didn't see anything.
