We use to live in Apartment 23 in this complex, and we loved every minute of it. Of course it is an old building which has quirks, but the rent was fairly inexpensive and you could not beat the location. This building also has rather large 1 bedroom apartments. PLUS you are <30 second walk to a starbucks. There are so many things going for this place! Downside: the on site washer and dryer are pretty terrible.
