Used to be a member when it was sports club. Went by to join was told who I need to talk to was in a meeting so I left my name and number. No one ever called me back and my wife sent a couple emails about membership but no response to her. They must be running some kind of cult club now

Great fitness club! Friendly staff. Awesome classes.
Been going for a little over a year. Not once have we been greeted with anything less than a smile. Our kids enjoy the kids area. The newer machinery gives more options to different muscle groups. The steam room and sauna are a great benefit to have at no extra cost. My son and I enjoy getting our cardio done in 1 of 2 racquetball courts. With it had some other amenities like pool, or basketball, or even an indoor track but being in the center of a strip mall kind of limits spacing for those things. Happy New Year! Wow! Started taking a Sit and be Fit class! My instructor that day was Rita Engineer. I totally enjoyed taking her class. I will definitely be taking her classes every week. Rita has a lot of energy and very motivational with a lot of compassion teaching this class.
