Terrible company to work for. You’ll be working for free a lot of the time. They don’t tell you that you don’t get paid for empty miles coming back to the yard. The male dispatchers will talk to you like you’re stupid. The owner doesn’t want anything to do too with you. But he sure will drive around in his pick up and mad dog you. You’re also required to ask permission to go home. The only good part about this company are the ladies in the office. They’re super nice and respectful.
