CAUTION! CAUTION! CAUTION! CAUTION! If you want to be constantly lied to this is the place for you. They tell you times they’ll be there and never show up or even call to say they won’t be there. 8 times we were lied to and nobody ever showed up or called. Here’s where it gets bad we were told if we paid for everything in full upfront for the new unit by the owner Francisco they would do maintenance once a year for 5 years no charge. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY INSTALLED OUR AC UNIT 4 YRS AGO AND HAD NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS WITH IT. FRANSICO THE OWNER SCHEDULES APPOINTMENTS AND THEN NEVER SHOWS OR CALLS. THIS LAST GO AROUND WITH THIS COMOANY WAS ON MARCH 9TH MY HUSBAND CALLED FOR A PROBLEM WITH OUR UNIT AND TO THIS DAY JUNE 24th OUR UNIT has not been fixed. Called them to schedule a servicing of my A/C unit they installed. 9am appointment which they never showed or called. I called them and Fransisco said they didnt work in the rain. It wasn't raining. Rescheduled for the next day 9am. No show again. For being on time they get an F-. Go somewhere else they're just not worth the discounted price.

This company is extremely responsive and very courteous. They are honest and always discuss their findings prior to any repairs.

Be careful with this company. Long story short my husband hired them to service and diagnose our problem with our air handler. They ended up “deep cleaning” our handler, after which made our problem even worse. They also install a part on our outside unit and told us after they did it and charged us $250. We called and expressed our concern that the problem wasn’t fixed. They wanted to come back out to shop vac out our drain pan which took 2 minutes and tried to charge us another $150.
