Called them to schedule a servicing of my A/C unit they installed. 9am appointment which they never showed or called. I called them and Fransisco said they didnt work in the rain. It wasn't raining. Rescheduled for the next day 9am. No show again. For being on time they get an F-. Go somewhere else they're just not worth the discounted price.

Be careful with this company. Long story short my husband hired them to service and diagnose our problem with our air handler. They ended up “deep cleaning” our handler, after which made our problem even worse. They also install a part on our outside unit and told us after they did it and charged us $250. We called and expressed our concern that the problem wasn’t fixed. They wanted to come back out to shop vac out our drain pan which took 2 minutes and tried to charge us another $150. This company is extremely responsive and very courteous. They are honest and always discuss their findings prior to any repairs.

Called AC Today after 5pm and Francisco answered my call right away. He said there were 3 customers ahead of me but he would try to make it. An hour later, he was here and had my AC up and running again in no time at all. His invoice was more than fair and he had excellent customer service. Fast, friendly, efficient and fair!! That is rare these days. He took excellent care of my MIL last summer when she needed her unit replaced, too. Highly recommend!! Thank you Francisco!!
