The service was exactly great customer service and very reliable
I woke up to no heat Friday morning and called another heater service. They said they couldn't come out for 10 days. I called AIR CREW and they answered (not a machine, but a real human being) at once and had someone at my door by 9am. I have a unit that's about 33 years old, but Sergey Shin came out, made a video of the problem, and hunted down the replacement part I needed. Within 24 hours I had heat again! It's like a miracle. They're professional, kind, courteous, and they're prices were very fair. Thank you, Air Crew.
