My AC didn’t seem to be cooling properly so I Contacted this business that was highly recommended by neighbors. Ethan the technician inspected the unit outside and in the attic. He explained in detail what needed to be done and his quote was lower than previous ones. My AC is now cooling properly and I highly recommend this business.
We had a great experience with this company. The technicians were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain what was going on with our AC system. They made the whole process easy and stress-free. We really appreciated their professionalism and would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing AC service.
Preston showed up on time. Fixed the issue. Showed me how to use the new thermostat. Great service… as usual.
UPDATE: Preston and Ethan came today to replace an evaporator coil on one system- it was installed before I met this gang. They were good, professional, low key, put in some hours. I liked 'em! Extremely knowledgeable, fair prices, prompt and timely service. Noah and his brother Mark (along with a cast of others, including plumber, etc.) have redone the HVAC here, both furnaces and A/C. They have helped with balancing vents and other details that make a difference in performance. Always a pleasure to deal with these folks.
Preston & Ethan did a great job cleaning our ducts (a lot of them!) and were extremely friendly and professional. I would certainly recommend AC Pros!
