Talked through messenger about splitting my downpayment giving them $2k upfront and the final $3k the next month. They accepted and gave me an appointment the following week to come in and do paperwork and give them money. I message them to ask about the dyer seeing if the hookup was gas or electric and they tell me that they’ve sold the house to “someone who has the full downpayment” even after we had spoke multiple times throughout the week and I had an appointment. Andrew is easygoing, friendly and professional. He is always pleasant, is very patient and is easy to work with. Most importantly, he’s a good guy who is honest and does right by his clients. If you are in a situation where you have to leave the area with little notice or are just having trouble selling your home, let Andrew help you. He will take care of you and put your mind at ease. Definitely recommend this company if you are in the market to buy or sell. Such an easy and fast process! They immediately got me into the house I wanted after paying the down payment. They also sold my house faster than I ever thought possible! This is a great company looking out for the people in our community who have had or have credit problems by getting you into a house of your own.
