I made several attempts to schedule an appointment, including leaving multiple voicemails, but unfortunately never received a return call. I also tried reaching the office directly on numerous occasions without success. While the reviews speak highly of the practice, my experience with communication has been disappointing. Regrettably, due to the lack of responsiveness, I have decided to seek services elsewhere.
I visited Dr. Aliuska Carmenate for a routine check-up and to address some inflammation. The office was spotless, the wait time was good, and the staff was friendly and professional. What truly stood out was Dr. Carmenate herself. She is extremely knowledgeable, warm, and genuinely caring. She took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and never made me feel rushed, which is rare these days. I left feeling well taken care of and very impressed. Highly recommend her. Bonus feature: great window views!
