I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Carmenate and her practice. I went for my first appointment with her and she reviewed all of my records and came up with an action plan for each issue she felt needed to be addressed or investigated more. She didn't like the conflicting results of 2 CT scans taken a few months apart, so she immediately wrote me a referral for another one with a better imaging center. It’s almost impossible to get someone on the phone to schedule an appointment. I called about five times, and when someone finally answered after a few minutes on hold, they apologized and said mornings and after lunch are the hardest times to reach them. That’s pretty disappointing, especially since all the reviews for this place are so great.
