It’s almost impossible to get someone on the phone to schedule an appointment. I called about five times, and when someone finally answered after a few minutes on hold, they apologized and said mornings and after lunch are the hardest times to reach them. That’s pretty disappointing, especially since all the reviews for this place are so great.

Dr. Aliuska Carmenate is truly the best doctor there ever is. We are beyond grateful to have her as our physician—she cares for my entire family, and we trust her completely. She is incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely listens to every concern. She makes you feel seen, heard, and cared for at every visit. I made several attempts to schedule an appointment, including leaving multiple voicemails, but unfortunately never received a return call. I also tried reaching the office directly on numerous occasions without success. While the reviews speak highly of the practice, my experience with communication has been disappointing. Regrettably, due to the lack of responsiveness, I have decided to seek services elsewhere.
