From start to finish, this has been a really great experience. They came out and gave me a detailed quote and explained that my current unit was not big enough which was why it wasn’t cooling efficiently. The price was very affordable and better than any others. And they offer financing….bonus! The technicians were awesome! Worked hard in the heat. Will definitely recommend this company to everyone I know!
These guys replaced our 20 year old Lennox system with a brand new Goodman with a 10 year warranty. There's Goodman tech support right here in Naples, none of the other brands have that, AC King will do any warranty work, but it's nice to know that Goodman is available local also, and it's Made in the USA, in Texas. AC King came in, did the work and were gone in 4 hours. When my AC went out this April and the heat was killing me this company came through on a SUNDAY and quickly resolved my problem, the price was fair specially considering the time and day. I cannot recommend it enough.
This company does not stand by their work and refuse to perform under warranty . Avoid them at all cost.
Poor workmanship and they do not stand behind their work. I would strongly recomend you AVOID THIS COMPANY!
