The hotel staff were very helpful and welcoming. We were allowed to check in early as well.
We booked this hotel through booking.com. There were quite a few things that we found particularly disappointing especially for this price. First, the aircon was not working at all during the first night of stay (we only stayed for 2 nights). We called for assistance twice during the night, the first call was before we went to bed as we felt the room was getting uncomfortably warm.
