Super nice, modern hotel. Perfect location for a conference center event with plenty of restaurants, shops and points of interest near by.
I wasn’t even staying at the AC Hotel, but after the neighboring Trilogy Hotel had completely run out of bottled water, I stopped by the AC front desk to see if they could help. The front desk associate was incredibly kind and gracious, providing me with a couple of bottles of water without hesitation. Front desk staff were great, but the rest of the stay was a disappointment. Our room stayed at 75 degrees the entire four nights, and the AC never cooled the space. I had to use a fan I brought for an outdoor event just to make the room comfortable. The water never warmed up enough for a decent shower, which was especially frustrating since my wife prefers hot showers. Housekeeping didn’t change our sheets once during the stay. Great view over the park, nice service and bartenders.
The hotel is very nice, beds are comfortable and the view is amazing. The breakfast was good with very well made scones, fresh juices, fruits, meats and cheeses. My complaint and complaint of other guests was a very grumpy bartender who tended the bar on the bottom floor. He needs a lesson on southern hospitality or find another profession.
