Diagnosed and resolved issue quickly. Very transparent and forthcoming with updates and work to be done.
Jose and Keven from this company just checked my Carrier heater unit. They both were very nice and knowledgeable, honest and patient. They helped us greatly and I sincerely appreciate them both. I would call them again for any problem with my Ac and Heater unit. The only thing was that Keven was scared of my mini Golden Doodle dog So if you have dog, put a leash on your dog and keep the dog away from Keven.
