Waited for 2 hours for the technician to arrive at the scheduled time and they never did. Didn’t get a call from them or anything. Waste of time.
First impression... unreliable: I called on Friday for an inspection to repair a non-working furnace. After scheduling a Saturday appointment, they called back to change it to Tuesday 12-2pm. Then... no-show. I called, they looked into it. Still no-show and no call back to sort out. No heat this week I guess.
Jose and Kevin are the best! They are both knowledgeable and honest. Worked the problem and I received the best possible outcome.
Kevin and Jose were fantastic! Very responsive, professional, and knowledgable. They were able to fix a problem that other heating/cooling companies could not! I highly recommend these guys!
Kevin and his team did an excellent job replacing our furnaces. They were very communicative, worked hard to get the job done on time, and went above and beyond to make sure the work was done correctly.
