Had my thermostat swapped out again, tech showed up on time and didn’t waste much time. Feels good to not mess with it myself.
Tenant Called at 7am with no heat. Tech found a bad igniter, fixed it same day, price was a little high but it's running.
It got to a point where we were just exhausted from the heat inside the house. Sleeping was difficult, and the AC was not working very well either. We needed HVAC maintenance mostly because we had no other choice. The tech spent the time going through all of it and once finished with the service, the cool air returned. After days of pain, it seemed like a great relief.
AC died during nap time, they fixed it fast and the house isn't a sauna anymore.
Things felt noticeably different once the old unit was taken out and a new one was set up. The air conditioner replacement resulted in a more efficient, quieter experience of cooling, with a more even cooling throughout the space than previously. It simply seems more dependable in general, particularly in the hottest times of the day.
