The electrician, Paul, was friendly, and knowledgeable, and early. AC Electrical are very customer service oriented, while more than I expected* the value that I received was amazing. *Because of inflation, nothing that AC Electrical can control.
Nasser, Bobby and Owen did a great job from start to finish on a job that required new pot lights, installing hanging fixtures, and moving existing fixtures. Communication was great and expectations were made clear before any work started. A permit was submitted ahead of work and proper arrangements for ESA inspections were made. We had a great experience with this electrical company. Fatema, the receptionist, was quick to respond to our calls and emails. Bobby handled an emergency where rainwater was leaking through a light fixture. He arrived promptly, was thorough, and offered useful advice while treating our home with respect. Both he and Steven completed the light replacement with precision, ensuring everything was done correctly. I recommend this company for any electrical work.
