These guys came out to my moms house to hang 2 pendant lights. My mom told them they were high ceilings but we didn’t have exact measurements. The appointment was at 8 and they didn’t communicate to their employees because they showed up at 7. Mind you my mom has a renter right now at the house and that was inconvenient because with renters you can’t just show up early without asking. My mom had to speed there to meet with them.
