A salesman came to my house selling solar. I was intrigued. I wanted 100% solar so that if we had a hurricane I'd still have power. He got my FPL bills gave a quote and got approval. Installation was h*** Then after months I find out that I only had 84% AND apparently without batteries the solar panels are useless, even during the day. I was never told I had to have batteries to have power if FPL goes out. I dont know where to begin! But Ill tell you this, Ive had these solar panels on my roof for nine months they havent generated, not one, not one mind you kilowatt of power. From having to find liability insurance, we were told nothing about to being misinformed about not having to have a tesla battery, all the way to everything being put on my house all the wiring hooked up and everything ready to go and then..NOTHING!!!!!!! because some major component in some white box that is made and supplied by some other company is bro... read more
Ac/Dc Solar is superior to the other companies l. Steve and Josh are a father and son team that were so professional and made the sale personal for them. They made us feel like we were family and not just a sale. Our sales team were professional and courteous. Our installers of our solar panels were so respectful of our home and property. During the initial visit, the sales person provided information that it was not true. Sadly, I agreed to get the product based on the information that this person provided. Right after the system was installed, one of the workers clarified to me that the information provided before was incorrect. The functionality of the system was not as explained during the sales visit and it left out an important part that was the reason I decided to obtain the product.
