Our solar panels were installed back in 2021 and was not turned on until June 2022. We were still paying ****$300+ and AC/DC 394+ a month. It took them until May 2022 to tell us that we needed to cancel budget billing to start seeing a change in our billing. We found out that we had a $3000+ credit in which they went back and charged us what we would have paid had we not had budget billing. They credited us back $1700 altough we paid them monthly. My system was installed end of 2019 by AC DC Solar llc. They provided us with 25 year certification warranty of parts and labor. I have recently discovered my system has not been working at full capacity ( about 60%) for months causing high monthly fpl bills. Now that I discovered why I'm getting high bills have called AC DC every day 3 times a day during regular business hours trying to get help. I was thrilled when a solar guy showed up to my hoise and explained to me how solar works. I ended signing up for solar. Feb. 2022 my panels were installed by AC/DC. From that time to now I never get a small FPL bill as I was promised. I came to find out I did not get enough coverage to offset the electric bill because the representative did not have enough to go on for my quote (based on 1 FPL bill). I wasnt sure about going Solar at first but the team was very professional and answered all my questions.
The service provide was superb and the installation was quick and efficient. It has saved me money my electric bill tremendously.
Somewhere in 2022, you can see bad reviews. But MY experience has been positive. From the explanation of the solar panel benefits, to the communication with a representative about their service. Top notch company with top notch service.
