On Behalf of Glassopolis we had an order with AC Waterjet to cut holes on our level 3 bulletproof glass, their work was clean with quick turn around time and quality service.
Very good, I made a mistake in my submission and they were happy to correct it for free!
I brought some expensive basalt stone to cut some custom floor grates. They proceeded to cut all the material I brought and then sell the extras in their shop. Needless to say I was pissed they helped themselves to my material and then tried to hide it after I called them on it. They did a good job with cuts but were pretty comfortable with cheating me.
