got a mani/pedi.. the lady cut my big toe and is now infected. they claim they did not do it. also they trimmed my nails so they would all chip and shred down. horrible service and horrible people.

I have been going to Ac nails for about 5 years, and so has my daughter, and their friends. Andy and his wife,😄😁 Lisa , have been just like family, and they treat you that way. When we go to his shop, they make you feel so comfortable, and they do an excellent job on my nails. There is not a long wait at all, and they do their best, and take good care of you, and make sure that your happy with your results. FRAUD ALERT!! I went in on Valentine's day 2019 and requested a gel full set and was given acrylic instead! The next day my nail broke and Instead of them redoing my nails the right way or providing a refund they were very nasty and threatening. I have a child that is allergic to acrylic and my real nails have been damaged beyond repair. To top it off when I went to report them I found out all their licenses and certifications are FAKE! Don't waste your money here
We want to say thanks to Ac Nails & Spa for the donation of the hand & body lotions to our school (SHE) for the yearly basket Bazar event . It wouldn’t have been possible without your generosity. If you need any services of nails and spa it is one of the best places in Pensacola. Thanks again.
The owners do a fabulous job with great time management skills. My daughter and I both got acrylics is less than an hour. I will go back again! 😀 plus our nails look beautiful.
