we talk to them about renting a skid steer we planned everything out by phone then called to let them know we was on our way with an ETA of 15min..they said ok we will see you then..we arived and they said oh we are sorry rentend that one out this morning..this has screwed my job up. it was to late to get one anywhere else before this three day weekend..tjis is the only time in my life i have left a bad review and that is saying alot because i am a professional reviewer for Google..im still thinking really hard about my goog... read more

I rented several things for my granddaughter's wedding this past weekend---May 13th. Since I live in Huntsville and the wedding was at Cypress Inn, I was very apprehensive about not being there all the time. We started dealing with ABZ several months ago and added things right at the last minute. What great people to work with!! Everything I needed, they had a solution for. The worst customer satisfaction probably in Tuscaloosa county. They overcharge their customers with trashy equipment that will not operate properly.T hen they don't even care that the customer did not even get to get the job done. They do nothing to make things better. I would not refer ABZ to my worst enemy.

We unfortunately have to make a profit and cannot give discounts to all the deserving individuals out there. Wish we had a chance to service you and get properly rated for what we have to offer. We are just a small mom and pop company that is built off of our reviews. Sorry we had a poor impression on you. We hope you have a great wedding.
They are very nice and always accommodating. They have most anything you might need.
