I went to Abys on a Saturday morning an was asked what I wanted I stayed singles micro. The staff started braiding an I noticed the size an told her they were to big she continued stating it would look good an full. I continue to sit not wanting things to turn into another Facebook episode but finally I had to tell her as nice as possible I DID not like what she was doing. I had the best experience with Elizabeth today. She was so professional and my braids are perfect. I will be back to see her. �
I called the night before I Came In to ask them the price of kids scalp braids,over the phone she quoted 45+ the cost of hair which would be $8, cool! I came in the next day and the service was completed. The braider then gave me the paper saying it would be $85 for kids scalp braids. I ask how could it be $85, over the phone you quoted $45+$8 for the braiding hair. I gave them 2 options. Take the $53 on what I Owe or Take it down.
Love their work! They are the best in DFW area ! If you dont like it they will give your money back! Ask for Aby she is the owner ( very sweet humble and honest person) you will see I love this shop! No wonder why its been there for years!
