I lived in Willow ridge for 4 years.. poorly ran by bad management took advantage of tenants like a slum lord.. so the property was sold we got new management... But tell me why I was any where from 1,150 to 1,200 when rent was $850 they add lil stuff like they took care of the units.. to my point with my new management company the rent is only $835 ?🤔🧐 On top of that my late fee back back fees. They try to bully me to pay them when they lost the property.. illegal probably worst ppl in business and I will be reporting the... read more

The new owners have been very responsive to maintenance issues.
Excellent, efficient, job well done! These guy are perfessionals and friendly and Courteous about their work. I am completely satisfied with the work performed by my new friends. Amen!
