4.5 The food was good and very unique. The service was excellent. I'm not sure if I would go if I didn't have a bloomspot although the prices seem pretty good. The sushi quality doesn't match some of the places in little tokyo or west LA, but it hit the spot and was a wonderful time.
SUSHI Bar must! The chefs are fun and inviting. They'll teach you names of rolls and present their awesome knife skills while you eat. Ask for favorites and try new rolls. These chefs will make it well.
Aburiya Toranoko is a good restaurant a bit on the pricey side for where they are located but most of the dishes are great there. I've been there mainly for dinner. You may not end up full if you don't order enough and with alcohol can run pretty high. Their food is excellent and presentation is better than a lot of other places in the Little Tokyo area.
