Katnip's review below is accurate. They love to sell product, but don't want to hear from you afterward. They hide behind answering machines, and don't return calls. In short, they are very unprofessional in delivering service. We wound up having to go to the manufacturer to get warranty repair.

I have nothing but positive things to say about the company, product line, service and staff. And I could not let these negative reviews be the only ones posted because this company deserves more credit than they were given.
