Been having issues with our pellet stove for over a year before COVID. Every time we reach out for help it is IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of service. Then the one time we did, the technician showed up not even knowing what to do and now we are having the same issue! Super frustrating especially now with winter and COVID.
RecommendedAbundant life did a great job on our wood stove. My husband broke the glass and abundant life fixed it and had it done with in two days. Thank you again.

I understand what's going on right now, but when you call the store it says nothing about COVID procedures. Showed up at 11am on Sunday. The sign on the door says to call and leave a message. Left a message. No return phone call. I buy ALL my supplies from them even though it is cheaper online. Every other store has been very vocal on how they are handling the pandemic. They have nothing. I buy local because I'm paying for service. Well there is no service so I will be buying online for now one.
We bought our Harman pellet stove here 8 years ago and it has been great. We had a part break Saturday night about 5pm (of course it breaks on the weekend). The overnight lows were I'm the single digits. my husband called the store abs they were able to find the part and ensure we got it even as they were about top close and were live an hour away. Thank you so much! Very pleased!
They take your money for a deposit on a wood stove. Then when you arrive to pick up the stove they tell you the item is not in stock and they can no longer get the product. Then they say they will sell you a different stove for hundreds of dollars more. They should be required to have the stove on hand as promised by the receipt they gave when they happily took the deposit.
They could back their products & installations. Finish the job. Call their customers back. Simple stuff. Blowing off someone that purchased a $3000 stove that has not worked is not acceptable.
Want to give a shout out to the guys who installed our wood stove last month. Very professional and did an amazing job. Thank you.
