I have loved spending time at Abundant Joy. Karen made me feel welcomed the first time I walked in the door and I continue to enjoy working with the warm, knowledgeable instructors each time I go. Karmen has gone out of her way to learn about me and what I need and she somehow individualizes group classes for each one of us. I appreciate the yoga expertise, but revel in the relationships I've found there!

I love the space and supportive warmth that Karen Rudolph , and a community of practioners and enJOYers, have created! I love the light, the art, the music, the informative, nurturing instruction complete with individualized alternative poses for every body, the laughter, the carefully chosen readings, meditations, and,...ahhhh, cirvasana. The additional sense pleasure of aromatherapy is a treat.

Great instructors always very encouraging and interactive! Love my time with this studio either in the building or out on the lake! So happy that I was able to get involved!!!!
