I have not had shipping issues as I have read about below. I have ordered for 2 years now. Great products and easy checkout! Everything has always been in stock, that I have needed. I really appreciate this company!

Last week I tried to place an order and at check out it said invalid I tried a few times and it continued to say invalid. 3 days later I recieved 3x my order And I was charged 3x plus 3x shipping. I tried calling but was put on hold to long and decided to send an email. The response I recieved said sorry but if i want a refund I have to pay to ship them back and I won't get refunded the shipping i already paid. Deals are great. However your customer service is very poor. I have been trying to a hold of someone for over a week now and no one has picked up the many many times I have called. Your prices are great, however, if this is how your customer service is, I will take my business elsewhere.
