Yes, the tech came and I am sorry he was an idiot! My wife as not at all impressed with how many times he left the house to call someone. Then when i had another company come out for a second opinion, I found the door to the Accu-Clean air filter not closed and taped shut! If he was having problems he SHOULD HAVE ASKED!!! Dont just bang on it for 10 minutes, then tape it shut and not tell me about it! The other company’s tech says your tech Casey ruined the Accu-Clean filter...that is a $1600.00 unit!!! This company is horrible.
Awful service. They don't know what they are doing. Buy a new unit and wasn't working the way they said it would and after several calls and people("Technicians") comingto check and telling me wasn't problem, decided to cancel the purchase and the contract since we were still under the time frame to cancel and They try to cheat you out telling you don't know how to operate the thermostat and try to stall and let the 3 business day pastThey don't show up when they tell you. Fantastic service. After the service call and estimate to replace they gave me time to get some comparisons. Competitor #1 was 34% more and competitor #2 was 58% more and yes they all quoted the same sized condenser and air handler with all materials included. Abundant Air was prompt, courteous, patient with my questions, showed me their findings, and were all around pleasant. I would recommend them to anyone who needs HVAC work done. Talk to them first, get other quotes, and then know you are being well taken care of.
