My favorite TexMex restaurant when I travel to NWA
100/100! Abuelo's is our favorite! Food, top tier! Service, top tier! Atmosphere top tier! $5 Happy Hour to boot! I tried the beef empanada with queso chicken enchilada,chili relleno and $5 guac on the side! Paired with pappas and frijoles refritos.. yummy!
I ordered the Fresca Pork Bowl with sweet potatoes, black beans and rice and salad. The salad was a spring mix with tomatoes, pickled red onions and Cotija cheese. To drink, try the El Jeffe Margarita. You get three salad and chips.
