We had been having issues with our fireplace either not turning on or not staying on for very long. Their technician (James Jensen) was able to determine the problem and demonstrate a clear cause and effect. I do mechanical engineering professionally and so I appreciated seeing a good thorough process. And after over a year of not having a working fireplace we have one again!
