I bought my freezer on 3/12/17 and it was shipped out on 3/13/17 by a private shipping firm. It arrived on 3/17/17 but the shipping company sent only 1 man to deliver it although I had paid the cost for "white glove delivery". The driver called his manager and they immediately sent out another person to help with unpacking and setting it up. Per their instructions I let it sit for four hours and then plugged it in. There's lots of things I like about this company! People are engaged, you can tell they are being lead by strong leadership. It makes a difference to the customer! I happpened to go there on their Customer Appreciation Day! Bonus! Great options for a wide range of home needs, customer service is very good. I've purchased many things here and have been pleased . And they have great chocolate chip cookies 🍪
