They missed a city street right in the middle of the property. I repeatedly asked if it was a road or my driveway. Every time they responded that it was a driveway. I have a 70ft wide public road instead of a driveway. Even the day of closing I asked again and they said it was my drive. After closing I found out from the city that it was a road. I should have sued for failure to disclose. Since it is subdivided, I can sell the other lot. It is not what I was lead to believe I purchased.
