I recently had a unit that needed something repaired. I called Absotemp, and they came out the same day! They made it easy and worry free for me. Now my heat and air work again. I could not be happier. Thanks guys, you're doing a great job!
Wow, what a great service company! – I called at 1am in the morning. I was surprised to get a real person on the phone and not an answering service. The tech said he would be right out. I told him my mother-in-law from GA was staying with us. I couldn't be without heat for her. He arrived shortly after and fix my heat. He saved the day, and I was a great daughter-in-law. Thanks guys for the great service.
Best Heating/Cooling Co. Ever – I have been a customer of Absotemp for over a decade and they are honest, competitive, hardworking, and quite frankly a caring group. They were "johnny-on-the-spot" when my furnace/Air needed some help and made the choice to install an upgraded system a breeze. The job was done expertly, quickly, and cleanly and has resulted in huge reductions of my utilitiy bills as well as giving my home the comfortable atmosphere I needed. Bravo to there crew once again.
Feeling Cool and satisfied – Came home to my air not working and within a hour Absotemp was at my house diagnosing and then fixing my unit!!!!!! Thank you Absotemp for such wonderful and friendly service. Your expertise was worth every penny!!!! Corrected another company's mistakes.....these guys don't cut corners, highly recommend.
Fixed the heat, but I don't feel warm and fuzzy – If $900 + for a two hour repair using a $100 part sounds excessive, this company should be avoided. $150 travel fee (3.5 miles travelled) + diagnostic (10 mins) = $300 before you can tell them to leave so you can get another estimate.

I apologize for any mis-communication that had occurred, however we do charge a preminum for providing emergency service. I think a phone call to resolve the matter would have been the approach I would have taken. Nobody likes it when things don't turn out the way we like. I have found only through thoughtful compromise can differences be resolved between both parties. We work extremely hard to achieve customer satisfaction.
