very disappointed – I also had a bad experience with Don. I have short hair, and wanted to keep the length in the front, and have lots of stacked layers in the back. I left looking like I had a pageboy cut from back in the day - long all the way around... I did ask if he could shorten up the layers - he did, but that caused super short on the top - and long in the back. the day I left, my highlights looked like they had 3 weeks of grow out. I was looking for a new place to go, thought I'd give it a shot, never again...

Best value, most comfortable place – I was referred to the salon by a friend and now I have to call her a very good friend. I'm so impressed by the quality of the staff, the relaxed environment, and the great value I get at this salon. At salons I went to before, the staff always made me a bit nervous and I had to pay for new highlights each and every visit. At Absolutely You, I am so comfortable, I get a great style, and I get highlights when I need them. It's a great place. Check them out and you won't be sorry!

beautifully remodeled! – I started going to Karen in Vancouver, then followed her to Portland...due to a busy life I thought I would stay local....this was a poor decision...I dealt with poor cuts and color for a few years. THE BEST – I have been with Karen for 10 years.She is the best. She has always aspired to have her own salon...and it finally came to fruition. Great Atmosphere – I have followed Karen the owner of Absolutely You Salon to at least 4 different locations since meeting her in Vancouver, WA. Karen's talents are an art. She is a gifted stylist. Karen is up on all the latest trends and keeps herself well educated on product lines and cuts. They've taken the salon from very outdated to warm and comfortable. An all around great experience. You will not be disappointed.

Wonderful Professionals on Staff – Really do love the salon! I have used almost all of the services, manicures, waxing, and my stylist is terrific. I get so many compliments on my hair that I would never consider going anywhere else. I am almost 65 and don't have "old lady hair". Makes me look years younger and my husband loves it. I love it!
