All Contractors Should be as Good as Absolutely Spotless! We found a plumbing leak in our master bathroom that was dripping water through our first floor ceiling. My wife immediately panicked as she is deathly afraid of mold. So I did an online search and found Absolutely Spotless. A Scam, Rude, Disrespectful They called their customer "childish", "unable to make life decisions", "uneducated", and a host of other demeaning remarks. This company is one that you'll want to steer clear of for sure. Please be aware they charge $350 per sample where other creditable companies charge around $150 per sample. Additionally, they quote one price on the phone then charge a different price once they've arrived and the purchaser is already committed to the $250 fee to have them come to the premises.

Michael L We had a mold problem 4 years ago and thought the mold had come back. We were getting a really bad smell on one side of the house so we called two companies. The first one told us they would clean out our crawl space for an exorbitant amount of money. The second one, Absolutely Spotless took air testing and informed us that there was no mold problem in the air of our home and no remediation was needed. I had a HORRIBLE experience and see that many other customers had and awful experience, as well. 75% bad reviews vs. 25% good reviews! The owner of the company "Robert" had such poor customer service skills. Quoting us a price of 250 for the inspection and 350 for the test. Never mentioned that it was 350 to perform ONE test. Once the inspection was finished the quote was up to 3200.00! We ordered a test and that test was said to be completed and reported back to us in 3-4 business days. Philip is a Pleasure to Deal With! Recently, when my wife and I returned from a vacation, we came home to a flood in the basement of our home. It's not every day that I choose to write a review on the experience that I have with a company but when I had Absolutely Spotless come to my home and take care of a mold problem that I had long neglected I was extremely impressed! The owner Philip spent a lot of time with me answering all of my questions about how he thought it got there, whether or not he thought it was dangerous to my health and how to fix the problem so it wouldn't come back. First and foremost the purpose of this post is to commend Philip and his crew from Absolutely Spotless for a job well done. With that said, we have a home at the Jersey Shore that was flooded during hurricane Sandy last fall. We also thought we had done everything right at that time.
