I just found out this shop change owner 2 years ago. I wanted tropical flowers so I asked to have the flowers arranged, she asked for the house so she can quote delivery fee. After looking thr address she told me it’s a big house. And quoted me labor to match the house, i had to pay because i was crunch on time and needed to have the flowers arranged. Spent 10 minutes here on a Monday afternoon and it was the worst experience I ever had. It was my first time getting a bouquet for a friend’s celebration on Thursday so I politely asked for help. Please keep in mind that the whole conversation was fully in Vietnamese. The old lady (not sure if she’s the owner) was in the middle of something so she didn’t bother to help at all, and told me to go look at the samples to see if I like any. I called to order flowers. She was so rude and then I couldn’t understand a lot of what she was saying. I told her I saw a picture online and if I can order for today and she’s like no no no you need to call the owner. The owner is not here and I’m like I just wanna order some flowers and pay for it over the phone and have them delivered so rude and she hung up on me.
