DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. I have never met anyone with shadier business practices. Due to a personal issue with my husband being a former employee, the owner is doing everything in his power to make our lives difficult including attempting to put a lien on our home. We received an invoice for work that was done (which we’ve always agreed to pay as it was an insurance job, but haven’t received the check from the insurance) on 11/15. Chris Linn came out within 2 hours of my initial contact. He evaluated everything and made solid recommendations for remediation. He said our friends had already done a great job cleaning up and with a little bit more work we’d be in good shape. Appreciated his suggestions and professional demeanor.
Due to some recent issues in the handling of our large case regarding Hurricane Florence, I can soundly say I would not wish for anyone to deal with this company. While there were two people in particular I have no issue with and would not speak against, the rest of the team not seem to know how to manage large scale restoration cases and in turn blames AND SENDS THREATENING LEGAL PAPERWORK TO the homeowners WHEN THE HOMEOWNERS ARE MORE THAN WILLING TO WORK WITH THE COMPANY.
