I requested a one time deep clean of my living and kitchen areas only- I had had some remodeling done and there was dust/residue almost everywhere in those rooms. The cleaning itself was mostly satisfactory, although my kitchen sink which I left empty to make easier to clean was never even touched. Not quite sure how they would miss that as it clearly needed cleaning. No attention to detail when doing deep cleans. Left crumbs on floor even after second cleaning attempt. Very disappointing service. Here are images after their second cleaning attempt. Most floors were still dirty.
I paid two employees for a deep clean, a service which I did not receive. I gave a list of what I wanted clean, many items were missed. The cleaning was done before Thanksgiving and I needed to pick up my sister with disabilities who I provide 24/7 care for. What I could see was clean, but I wish that I checked everything on the list. The bottom but not the top of ceiling fans were cleaned, some, not all of the door and window frames were cleaned. I was a customer from 2013 to 2016. I only stopped being a customer because I moved out of state. I still think about the quality of the services and how great Julie Morris was to work with. I look these guys up every couple of years just in case they expanded to my current state of residence. 100% would recommend if you live in CR. 100% wish they could expand.
